PMP Certification Training (Optional)
The module is specially designed to deliver the required 35 contact hours (35 Professional Development Units) as prescribed and authorised by Project Management Institute (PMI) to help participants build confidence for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam and also to succeed as a Project Manager.
The focus of the PMP Certification training module is to impart in-depth knowledge on project management and get the required 35 PDUs from PMI. The training will be conducted as per the latest PMI guidelines. It will cover the three new performance domains – People, Process & Business Environment and Predictive, Agile & Hybrid Lifecycles. The learning topics in this training come directly from the PMP exam content outline (Exam Content Outline). It gives you required 35 contact hours (35 Professional Development Units) as prescribed and authorised by PMI.
The focus of the PMP Certification training module is to impart in-depth knowledge on project management and get the required 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) from PMI.
