PMP Certification Training (Optional)

This module is specially designed to deliver 35 hours of PMP Certification Training to help participants build confidence for the PMP Certification Exam and also to succeed as Project Manager post.

The training will be conducted as per the latest PMI guidelines. It will cover the three new performance domains – People, Process & Business Environment and Predictive, Agile & Hybrid Lifecycles. The learning topics in this training come directly from the PMP exam content outline (ECO). It gives you required 35 contact hours (35 PDUs) as prescribed and authorised by PMI.

The focus of the PMP Certification training module is to impart in-depth knowledge on project management and get the required 35 PDUs from PMI.

He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, PMP, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Lead Auditor, and Lean Facilitator, with about 15 years of industry experience across global corporations that include Citi, American Express, Barclays and the World Bank. Vijaya has authored two books and published more than 40 research papers in several reputed outlets. Vijaya holds a Ph.D. in Operational Excellence from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, MBA from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a gold medalist in Bachelor of Engineering from the Anna University.
